
Do you want to turn your non-touchscreen display into one that supports touch-based input? A person called James Alliban has done just that, by using two range sensors to pick up the necessary location of your fingers, and send the information to the computer. Of course, a proper touchscreen display would probably work better at this point in time, but it’s nice to know that there are other ways to make an object touch-sensitive.
