India might have one of the cheapest cars in the world, and they’re going to break new ground with a new tablet device which will certainly make those who are on an extremely tight budget happy. After all, you can’t argue with a $35 price point, although the fact that it is made out of paper might just freak some of you out. There are no detailed specifications as at press time, but so far a touchscreen display has been confirmed alongside 2GB of storage space, Wi-Fi connectivity, an USB connection, as well as a low power processor which relies on just a couple of 2 watts of juice. Of course, it is hoped that the tablets will sell for as little as $10 eventually – with government subsidy. At that low, low price, it would make perfect sense that the tablet will run on the Google Android operating system although nothing has been confirmed just yet.
