This flash drive offers useful security features such as 256-bit AES hardware based encryption, limited password attempts, 1-year of free antivirus/malware protection, on-chip password matching, and doesn’t need administrative rights to use. By removing the higher end components of its more expensive products, such as remote management and FIPS 140-2 certification, the Kanguru Defender Basic is able to be attractively priced from $29.95, and will be available in capacities ranging from 2GB up to 128GB.
