Nissan Moving Object Detection (MOD) driving assistance technology for safer driving

Driving technology has improved by leaps and bounds to make it safer to be on the roads despite vehicles getting faster than ever before. Nissan has announced its Moving Object Detection (MOD) driving assistance technology which was specially designed to detect moving objects around the vehicle, alerting the driver to their presence. It will utilize both the screen display and an audio buzzer to notify the driver of moving objects within the vicinity of the vehicle, including pedestrians whenever you try to back your car up into a parking lot. Could such assistance help drivers get more and more lazy?
