RIM has made it known that they will be phasing out the BlackBerry Curve 8530 and Storm2 thanks to the soon-to-be availability of their direct replacements. It seems that both smartphones have already been earmarked as “end of life”, where the Curve will take its bow when August 1st rolls around while the Storm2 makes a graceful exit on August 15. As for the Storm3, it will probably arrive sometime in the fall. If you are waiting to pick up either mentioned smartphones, why not exercise a little bit more patience and bring home the newer versions instead? We’re pretty sure you won’t regret it.
