Samsung Galaxy S Android 2.2 Firmware Leaked

Considering the amount of interest in Google’s Android 2.2 FroYo, it shouldn’t be too surprising to note that manufacturers are busy trying to prepare the latest version of the firmware for their mobile phones. Now a test build of the official Android 2.2 update for the Samsung Galaxy S has been leaked online, showing the firmware version I9000XXJP1 and is a 252MB download. The update will apparently be available very soon, so if you have an international version of the Samsung Galaxy S, you might want to keep an eye on the unofficial firmware download page to see if anything cool crops up.
