Samsung Galaxy S i9200 pictured?

While the Samsung Galaxy S has just been rolled out in a range of variants, along comes this leaked image of what is deemed to be the Samsung Galaxy S i9200 – the next generation flagship device from the South Korean consumer electronics giant. Judging by Samsung’s knack for including high end specifications into their smartphones, the i9200 which is slated for a 2011 doesn’t sound too far fetched, considering it sports a fabled 4.3” Super AMOLED 2 display at 1,280 x 720 resolution, where it will be accompanied by a doubling of processor speed at 2GHz, 1GB RAM, 4GB ROM(!), 32GB of internal flash memory not to mention the ability to augment that figure further with a microSDHC memory card slot. An 8-megapixel camera with Full HD video recording capability is also thrown into the mix alongside A-GPS navigation, Bluetooth 3.0 connectivity, Wi-Fi b/g/n support, a 3.5mm audiojack, an accelerometer, gyroscope, proximity and ambient light sensors. If it should arrive next year in the flesh, expect it to run on Android 3.0 (Gingerbread).
