Samsung Wave going for $440 unlocked

We’ve gotten our hands on the Samsung Wave in February earlier this year, and while it has already hit the UK last month, folks in the US have yet to get hold of the Wave. Amazon is offering the smartphone for US-based customers, where it retails for $440 without a contract commitment. This is the first bada-powered device by Samsung, where it won’t be lacking in terms of specifications and hardware, boasting a 1GHz processor, a 5-megapixel camera with LED flash, a 3.3″ Super AMOLED screen, 720p HD video capture capability without the need for a firmware update, Wi-Fi 802.11n and Bluetooth 3.0 connectivity to keep up with the times, A-GPS support and a microSD memory card slot among others. Seems that there are only a couple more handsets available, so go place your order if you want one.
