While Samsung did not expect their bada-powered Wave smartphone to be as fantastic selling as the iPhone or EVO 4G, the company’s top brass should be pretty happy to know that their first bada phone has passed the 1 million mark in terms of global sales – and to make the achievement all the sweeter, this figure was reached before its 4-week birthday. bada has yet to capture the imagination of developers at point of publishing, so it will be interesting to see just how they try to catch up with rivals such as iOS and Android.
