
SmartDevices has just announced two new tablet devices, the SmartQ T7-3G and the T7. Both devices are essentially the same thing, but with the latter lacking a 3G radio. At a glance it looks quite similar to the previously released SmartQ R7 eBook reader, though these units are powered by Android 2.1. The WCDMA version of the T7-3G will be priced around $292, while the EV-DO model will be priced at $278. Specifications of the T7-3G includes:

- 4,700mAh battery
