Sprint expands 4G coverage in the US

Sprint just announced that they have expanded their 4G coverage in seven new metropolitan markets, where among them are Rochester (N.Y.), Syracuse (N.Y.), Merced (California), Visalia (California), Eugene (Oregon), Tri-Cities (Washington) and Yakima (Washington). These new markets might just see more and more people pick up the HTC EVO 4G (even if you like the white version), especially since its worthy rival, the iPhone 4, still has reception issues to be dealt with. Currently, Sprint offers 4G in 43 US markets, where the end of the year should see L.A., New York and Miami fall under the 4G net. You might want to get yours now in anticipation of December 31st when you update your Facebook profile to wish everyone a blessed new year over a 4G network.
