
With the IFA just around the corner, we’re busy drooling over the many devices that are slated to be unveiled in Germany, and now an Acer spokesperson has confirmed that the LumiRead eBook reader will be hitting retail channels in Germany this October, with a speculated price point of €250 ($316). Acer claims that it’ll sport one of the widest German-language e-libraries on any eReader. Benefits of the Acer LumiRead include Wi-Fi, 3G wireless, a 6-inch 800 x 600 pixel E-ink display, and a Barnes & Noble content partnership.
