DIY: One-handed Gamecube Controller

Here’s a rather interesting controller mod. Modder Hasse has a brother with a disability and is only able to use one hand. With that in mind, he set out to create a Gamecube controller that can be controlled by using just one hand. It involved installing a motion sensor and some LED lights to indicate which direction the directional pad was being pushed towards, but it seemed to work out pretty well. Check out a video of it in action after the jump.
