Epson unveils PowerLite 1220 and PowerLite 1260 projectors

Epson does not only do printers, you know, and they do have pretty commendable efforts in the projector category, with the latest two models being the PowerLite 1220 and PowerLite 1260. The former will deliver XGA resolution for $649, while the latter is a Benjamin more expensive, boasting widescreen WXGA resolution in 16:10 aspect ratio. Regardless, both models will come with 2600 lumens color and white light output which is capable of achieving bright presentations and true-to-life color. Targeting small and medium-sized businesses, both projectors will also be equipped with USB Plug ‘n Play Instant Setup, an HDMI audio/video connection (PowerLite 1260 only), automatic keystone correction, 1.2x optical zoom, direct Power On and Off, and 3LCD technology. Seems to be a pretty decent effort that can be used for both work and play. [Press Release]
