Google Involved In Motorola's Upcoming Tablet Device?

Reports from Digitimes seem to indicate that Motorola’s upcoming 10-inch Android-powered tablet could be one of Google’s flagship devices. Similar to T-Mobile’s G1, it’s been said that Google might consider it as a representative of what Android 3.0 is capable of. While the device would be pretty powerful if it’s using NVIDIA’s dual-core Tegra 250 chip, but it’s display may not be able to compete with the iPad, as it’ll be using a display sourced from Sharp that isn’t as bright as the one Apple uses from LG Display. As with previous rumors, Verizon is still seen as the main carrier for this tablet. With recent rumors of a Chrome OS tablet from Google to be manufactured by HTC, it seems that Google will be getting into the tablet game sooner or later, but it’ll definitely be interesting to see how it affects other manufacturers out there.
