HTC’s Windows Phone 7 design for AT&T has broken cover, and the device shows a landscape-oriented slider. Rather than having a keyboard that would slide under the touchscreen, HTC’s Windows Phone 7 smartphone will offer a speaker that slides out, making this latest entry more of a multimedia-capable device than the SamsungCetus or the LGGW910 design. Add to that a kick stand and you should have yourself a portable video playing machine that can pump out some nice tunes…now if only we can hack on multitasking to get Pandora to play in the background, but alas we digress…

Not much else is known about the device other than the HTC T8788 model name. The chrome bezel design, capacitive touch button, and elongated sliding profile is also eerily reminiscent to the MotorolaDroid 2, which runs on Android 2.2.
