iPad gets wooden enclosure, turns into TV

What is art? This highly subjective matter is open to interpretation by anyone and everyone, but Jonas Damon’s bearings have brought him to merge the old and the new. Case in point, the iPad you see here has been specially placed to dock within an old-school cathode-ray (CRT) television. Not only that, it will hark back to the 1980s by offering a screensaver that depicts – you’ve guessed it, that of grainy TV snow. This is definitely a living room showpiece if you decide to embark on a similar journey for yourself, but we think it is a waste of an iPad that could otherwise be used for something else. Perhaps in such a position, you can always stream video from it to make you feel as though you were a small kid again, watching TV at your grandparents’.
