Kodak EasyShare M590 Digital Camera Announced

Aside from the Kodak PLAYTOUCH Video Camera, the company has also introduced the EasyShare M590, dubbed the world’s slimmest digital camera with a 5x optical zoom. This $199.99 camera will be available in the fall and will offer social networking sharing features such as the ability to upload photos and videos directly to sites such as Facebook, Flickr, and YouTube. Aside from that, the M590 offers a 2.7-inch LCD display, image stabilization, face recognition, HD video capture and microSD card support. In case you were wondering, the megapixel count on the M590 is 14-megapixels, which should be enough to satisfy most camera shoppers out there, though it’s worth remembering that megapixels aren’t everything.
