Kodak ESP 9250 takes up flagship mantle as all-in-one inkjet printer

Kodak’s latest foray into the world of all-in-one printers has resulted in the inkjet ESP 9250, where it will deliver 802.11n Wi-Fi connectivity for speedy local network printer sharing, alongside an optional Bluetooth adapter if you want more upward wireless mobility. Not only that, it can also print from compatible iOS devices directly, churning out color pages at 9,600DPI, alongside duplexing as an option with the ability to scan at a true 2,400DPI. Capable of pumping out 4 x 6 inch photos in under half a minute, it can also pump out regular color images at up to 30 pages per minute. As for faxing and copying, those can be performed at up to 26 pages per minute. You can be sure that the ESP 9250’s multi-format card reader will be able to receive photos straight from most point-and-shoot cameras without missing a beat. Expect the ESP 9250 to arrive before the month is over for $250. Sounds good, but how much more money must you fork out for its ink consumption in the long run? [Press Release]
