LG Optimus Pad tablet looks as expected

Well, what did you expect a tablet device to look like? The LG Optimus Pad was spotted recently, where it supposedly comes with superior performance in a thinner and lighter form factor when compared to its rivals – no prizes for guessing whether the Apple iPad is lumped into that category or not. Since it runs on the Android platform, it would be nice to know whether Froyo (Android 2.2) is included right out of the box, or will consumers have to wait for an update in due time? We will keep a keen eye out for the Optimus Pad when IFA kicks off later this week in full force.
