Earlier this week rumors and a picture began to circulate teasing a new mouse/trackpad from Microsoft that might compete with Apple’s recently-announced Magic Trackpad. Now is seems that Microsoft might be calling it the Arc Touch Mouse, as the company has also registered the domain arctouchmouse.com earlier this year. Word is that Microsoft is planning to introduce this touch-sensitive mouse as a cheap alternative to costly touchscreen displays, though it’s speculated that the Arc Touch Mouse will not offer multi-touch support from the get go. The rumor also hints that this mouse might be launched this September, which is just around the corner.
