Nexcopy knowns that you might just need to make tons of copies of your corporate presentation onto USB flash drives for the next convention for distribution purposes, and hence have come up with the Standalone USB Duplicator. These devices will provide impressive performance figures, where you can choose from two models – to copy to either 15 or 31 target flash drives without the need for a PC. They boast 30MB/s write speed, which translates to each port moving 1.8GB per minute – much more than what most USB 2.0 flash drives offer at the moment. There is no word on pricing or availability as at press time, and being a niche product, it might not even be mass produced at all, making it all the more expensive in the final run.
