
Olympus has unveiled three new digital compact cameras for the Japanese and European markets. The µ7050 sports a 7x optical zoom, 720p video recording, and six Magic Filters for live effects. The FE-5050 offers a 26-120mm zoom lens with 5x optical zoom, and six Magic Filters. The FE-4050 sports a 27-108mm zoom lens also with six different filters, along with scene recognition mode, face detection, tracking autofocus and USB battery charging. All three cameras will be launched in Japan this August, while the FE-4050 and the FE-5050 will be launched in Europe this September.
