Samsung Galaxy Tab spotted in a live test

The Samsung Galaxy Tab is another tablet that will join the fray in due time, where it will be unveiled at IFA 2010 later this year. Well, before it is actually officially announced, someone managed to catch a glimpse of it in action, and you can now enjoy the fruits of said person’s labor in the video above (leaked images were available in the past as well). The video itself confirms that the Galaxy Tab will be a 7-incher, running on the Android operating system while looking every bit the part of a giant-sized cellphone, as though you drank a shrinking potion from Alice in Wonderland. Apparently, the Samsung employee mentioned in passing that the Galaxy Tab is “awesome” and offers an experience that will veer far off the iPad’s. As to whether that is a good thing or not, we will just have to wait for the device to hit the market.
