
If you weren’t convinced of the capabilities of the Swype input system, word has just come in that a British woman has texted her way into the Guinness Book of World Records by completing a rather tricky phrase on her Samsung Galaxy S. This comes just a few months after a Swype intern broke the previous record during a commercial for the Samsung Omnia II phone. In case you think you’re better, try typing out the following phrase on your phone and time yourself: “the razor-toothed piranhas of the genera Serrasalmus and Pygocentrus are the most ferocious freshwater fish in the world. In reality they seldom attack a human.”
