Virgin Mobile revamps Broadband2Go data plans, actual unlimited data is a possibility

Virgin Mobile has taken a closer look at its Broadband2Go data plans, which could very well usher back the age of actual unlimited data. Instead of the quartet of plans that are on the table, this would mean a simplification of options to a singular $40 unlimited monthly plan and a $10, 100MB 10-day plan. A leaked memo points toward this change coming into effect this coming Tuesday (August 24). Apparently, both MiFi routers and modems ought to play nice with the cap-free access. This new unlimited plan might be a great substitute for a home connection as it allows multiple users to share the service without risking any overage fees.
