Google unveiled its Voice Actions app for Android today, which will allow users more voice commands to control their Android phones. For instance, users can send text messages, get directions, call a business by name, view a location on a map, send emails, write a quick note, or go to specific web addresses all using voice commands. Ten voice commands are highlighted over at the Google mobile blog.
Google Voice Actions for Android is available for devices running Android 2.2 Froyo, and will ship with Motorola’s Droid 2.
