Acer Aspire Predator AG5900 gaming machine to debut in Japan

Acer’s latest lean, mean gaming machine – the Aspire Predator AG5900 is set to debut in Japan from next week onwards, where it will be powered by an unlocked Intel Core i7-875K quad-core processor that zips by at 2.93GHz (where Turbo Boost will crank up its performance to 3.6GHz), not to mention having an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 470 chugging alongside to deliver nothing but the very best. Of course, it doesn’t hurt that the AG5900 comes with 4GB RAM, a 1TB hard drive, eight USB 2.0 ports, DVI-I and HDMI ports and a DVD optical drive. After conversion, it will retail for around $1,895 in the Land of the Rising Sun, although we look forward to a lower figure when official US pricing is released.
