If your phone and notebook aren’t connected enough, perhaps you’ll want to check out the Android Notifier which will send notifications from your mobile to your OS X desktop over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Linux and Windows support are apparently on the way. The simple tool works as described, though it currently only supports phone, SMS, MMS, and voicemail notifications at the moment and clearing the notification on the notebook doesn’t clear them on the phone. That being said, it’s already pretty useful in its current form, and it’s free, so we’re not complaining.
