Denon’s latest offering in the Land of the Rising Sun comes in the form of the RCD-N7 Apple AirPlay CD Receiver, where this $599 unit will work with a compatible pair of speakers, boasting an iPhone dock (or USB jack) that allows you to source for some local music. Of course, it can also handle audio streaming in the form of Rhapsody, Napster, Pandora and Last.fm. If you’re a party animal, you can always check out the Party Mode Plus setting that allows you to groove to a five-system multi-zone setup, where Denon’s new iPod/iPhone/iPad Remote App will handle all the proceedings. Denon will make the RCD-N7 available from next month onwards, which incidentally is just a couple of days away.
