DT Research's WebDT 312 tablet hits the FCC

Tablet devices are definitely picking up its momentum, and DT Research has decided to jump into the fray with the WebDT 312 tablet that has just arrived at the FCC. While it isn’t exactly a looker as you can see above, the WebDT 312 does not look as though it will lack anything in terms of processing muscle, running on an Intel Atom Z530 1.6GHz processor, with a 10.4-inch TFT LCD touchscreen display at 1024 x 768 resolution, up to 64GB of SSD storage space and a choice of operating systems – we’re looking at Windows 7, Windows XP and Linux. There is still no word on pricing or availability, but since it has already made an appearance on DT Research’s website, we can probably expect to see this puppy arrive in the market pretty soon. Of course, here’s a word of caution – not everything that ends up on the FCC will make it to the market.
