Google Maps is already one of the most popular mapping applications out there and now the search engine giant has improved on Google Maps for Android by including voice-guided navigation in the form of Walking Navigation (Beta) and an improved search bar for walking directions. The updated application is already in the Android Market and is available to all Android devices running OS 1.6 and above. Once installed, users will only need to choose the “Walking” option for navigation to give it a test run. Check out a video of this in action after the jump.
