The $35 tablet from India known as Sakshat is tipped to arrive next January as the situation gets clearer with the Indian government handing over the manufacturing contract to HCL Infosystems. You might not have heard of HCL Infosystems, but it is a well known Indian computer services firm and they will assist in the manufacturing of the low-cost computers to meet the January deadline. Hopefully the build quality is up to snuff, and it could revolutionize classrooms in India.
