Last Minute iPod touch Update Rumors

With Apple’s live event less than an hour away, some last-minute rumors regarding the supposed iPod touch refresh have surfaced. Do bear in mind that nothing is official until Apple unveils the new device, but till then, it seems that:

• The Sleep/Wake button has moved from the top left of the iPod touch to the top right, similar to that of the iPhone
• The camera will be located below the Sleep/Wake button, and there will be a microphone pinhole off to its right
• The Volume buttons are separate from one another
• It’s slightly thinner than the 2nd and 3rd generation iPod touch
