msi wind u160

MSI has decided to pump up its Wind U160 netbook by throwing in a dual core Atom N550 update to complement its chassis overhaul earlier this year. This processor refresh will definitely let the Wind U160 have more processing muscle to keep up with the rest of the competition, although it will still carry the same 6-cell battery. Would you be willing to fork out money for a slightly faster processor in this netbook, or do you prefer to settle for a real notebook instead by forking out a couple more hundred dollars? It really depends, but we think a Broadcom HD chip thrown into the mix for netbooks would be much more of an appealing offer compared to a dual core processor.
