NTT DoCoMo is tipped to deliver the Galaxy S to folks living in the Land of the Rising Sun from next month onwards, although if you want a tablet device, then the Galaxy Tab will require much more patience as we are looking at a March release in that part of the world. Word on the street also has it that the SC-02B (Galaxy S) will launch with Froyo right out of the box, which is pretty believable since Froyo will more or less be released for other Galaxy S smartphones in October. Nice to know that for once (or at least, extremely rare moments), Japan’s hardware isn’t ahead of the other countries where the Galaxy Tab and Galaxy S are concerned.
