Olympus decided to take advantage of the Photokina trade show this year to tease us with a spanking new integrated compact camera which will seemingly serve a particularly niche market. Some of us out there might think that this is a new “flagship” compact camera, where it will come equipped with the world’s first with an “integrated Zuiko lens”. What does that mean? Basically, it is not a Micro Four Thirds shooter, although we are still wondering what the integrated Zuiko lens is all about. Chances are pretty good that we will only find out more about it in the first quarter of 2011. One thing’s for sure though, the accessory port will play nice with PEN peripherals.
