If you’ve fiddled with the EVO 4G or Epic 4G before, you’ll probably have tried out Qik, the cross-platform video chat and sharing service. The company is busy planning to make its service the most popular client around, as it’s planning to integrate FaceTime compatibility once Apple rolls out the free APIs. Aside from that, the company is already in the midst of deals to ensure that Qik comes preloaded on devices from major carriers and handset manufacturers worldwide and is estimated to come standard on a juicy 75 million devices by the end of 2010. Currently Qik is preloaded on the EVO 4G, Epic 4G, Samsung Omnia II, Nokia N97, and the N97 mini.
