Qik Video Calling Software Coming To Android

After Apple introduced FaceTime video chat with its iPhone 4, video chatting suddenly was in demand again, and now Qik has demonstrated full-screen video calls between two Samsung Galaxy Tab tablets, showcasing a new version of Qik’s video-calling software. Qik’s software should be hitting the Android Market within a month and will be available to other Android-powered devices too, though it will only run on devices that are powered by an ARM Cortex-A8 processor, which includes Samsung’s Galaxy S line of smartphones, the Motorola Droid, Droid X, and the HTC EVO 4G.
