The CDMA iPhone rumor kicked up again recently with an analyst claiming that there would be 3 million CDMA iPhones produced by the end of the year, and now the folks over at Digitimes claim that Pegatron will be the company in charge of churning out those 3 million much-desired-for devices. If the rumor is accurate, production will begin in November with the target of pumping out at least three million to four million iPhones in the first three months. Such a move would lend some credibility to earlier rumors that Verizon was planning to launch a CDMA iPhone in January 2011, though the carrier hasn’t officially confirmed any such move just yet.
