Looks like the folks over at Symbian have received yet another blow, as Samsung has just announced that they will not be offering Symbian support any more for their handsets. It seems that an email which was sent to registered Symbian developers advised them that Samsung would close its Symbian forum and remove all Symbian content by the time 2011 rolls around. After all, Samsung probably won’t lose too much since they have their own Bada OS apart from supporting Windows Phone 7 and Android in other smartphones. Guess its membership in the Symbian Foundation is there for show only.
