Shazam, one of the more popular music identification apps out there has announced a partnership with LG that will see its Android application being pre-loaded on LG devices in a worldwide rollout that will begin in Europe with the LG Optimus GT540. Shazam already touts more than 75 million users and LG’s device will come pre-loaded with the free version of Shazam that includes a seven-day free trial of features from the premium Shazam Encore version. The free version limits you to tag up to five songs per month, while the full version offers unlimited tagging. Shazam also allows users to learn more about the music that they’re listening to by checking out album reviews, artist biographies, share the fun via social networking, and even get the option to purchase the track.
