We recently got some information on the Android 2.2-powered Huawei Ideos and now reports are in that T-Mobile USA is planning to bring the budget Android phone to the US by the end of the year. Pricing wasn’t mentioned just yet, but with the Ideos likely to cost under $200 even without a contract, it could possibly go for as low as $50 on a two-year contract, making it the first Huawei smartphone in the US and will offer most of the core Android features on a phone without burning a hole in your pocket. The Huawei Ideos offers specifications such as:
- Android 2.2
- 2.8-inch 240 x 320 pixel display
- 528MHz processor
- HSDPA
- Wi-Fi b/g/n
- Bluetooth
- 3.2-megapixel autofocus camera
