Asus Eee PC 1015PN Netbook Now Appears On Amazon

Some reports might claim that the iPad is cannibalizing netbook sales, but that hasn’t stopped Asus from churning out more netbooks and now the Asus Eee PC 1015PN has surfaced on Amazon’s site, revealing that the netbook will set you back $430, though there isn’t a shipping date attached to it yet. This netbook is powered by a dual-core Atom N550 chip and second-generation NVIDIA ION GPU, giving it a little more power than most netbooks out there. Specifications of the Eee PC 1015PN include:

  • 10.1-inch 1024 x 600 pixel display
  • 1GB of RAM
  • 250GB hard drive
  • 500GB of free cloud storage
  • Wi-Fi
  • Bluetooth 3.0
  • HDMI and VGA output
  • 0.3-megapixel webcam
  • 3x USB 2.0 ports
  • Windows 7 Starter Edition
  • Up to 9.5 hours battery life
