
Solar technology is always useful, and costs aside, it would be great if it were implemented in more locations. Now a designer has come up with a simple-yet-effective design for a bike-parking location in Copenhagen. The concept will feature a slanted solar panel system mounted on the side, allowing it to make use of the 1,630 hours of sunshine a year that Copenhagen gets, generating enough solar juice to keep the streetlights and traffic lights in the city juiced.
