So you can’t really afford an iPhone 4, but already own the latest generation iPod touch? Well, you can now achieve the former with the latter thanks to a delectable selection of applications and perhaps some extra hardware. Of course, you will need the fourth generation iPod touch to start off with, alongside a VoIP app like Skype and Line2. An always-on Wi-Fi connection is a must as well, while an iPod-compatible headset would be a nice touch. Getting all of the mentioned together and you are good to go. There are some drawbacks however such as an even shorter battery life and having more stuff to tote around – but hey, you can’t have your cake and eat it too, right?
