Logitech has increased its support for Google’s offerings by introducing its Google TV remote control app to the Android Market, allowing users to control their Logitech Revue using their Android-powered devices. The app offers a trackpad, keyboard, along with virtual buttons for adjusting the volume and switching channels. Setup will apparently be a cinch if both the Android device and Revue are running on the same Wi-Fi network. The Logitech Revue already ships with its own hardware keyboard remote and is already compatible with Logitech’s universal remotes, that being said, one more remote won’t hurt, since we have a tendency to lose them. An iOS version of the app is also in the works, but it hasn’t been released just yet.
