When Sony accidentally leaked the details of British film streaming service Lovefilm coming to the PS3, UK PS3 owners were overjoyed, and now the company has made the deal official. The service will be arriving this November, and will offer streaming flicks to folks who subscribe to Lovefilm’s GBP5.99 service. It’s a welcome and useful addition to the PS3′s capabilities, though the bad news is that HD videos aren’t offered. Currently streaming movies only offer what is available as free for subscribers, instead of renting them one-by-one, so as not to clash with Sony’s own movie service for the PS3 in the UK.
