Maxwest WT8000 Nexus One lookalike arrives on the FCC

We are also scratching our heads as to why this Nexus One lookalike has already made an appearance on the FCC – could it be because the country is starved of the Nexus One that a clone must arrive to fulfill that void? We don’t think so, but the physical resemblance is extremely uncanny with silver accents on the back and sides of the device, not to mention the inclusion of a roller ball located below the device’s screen. Specifications are as scarce as the Maxwest WT8000 being the top selling phone of 2010, so we will just have to keep our eyes and ears peeled as to whether an FCC approval might translate to a device release Stateside.
