Mushkin has new SandForce based SSDs

Mushkin is back with a new SSD that will be based on SandForce’s SF-2500 and SF-2600 SSD processors, bringing a promised 500MB/s read/write sequential transfer rate, as well as up to 60,000 sustained random read/write IOPS and advanced ECC with up to 55 bits correctable per 512-byte sector (BCH). You won’t be seeing these new SATA 6Gb/sec enterprise-class EP Series SSD line hit the market anytime soon this year though since mass production will only begin in the first quarter of 2011, although that does mean sampling will commence before the year is over.
